This will, of course, absolutely require a huge emergency boost in JPAC's appropriations by Congress for this to be possible. As is well known, JPAC, as the Pentagon's chronically neglected stepchild, is severely underfunded and, due to its constrained resources, doesn't come even close to accomplishing its regular mission of recovering and identifying our military MIAs from World War II to the present, not to mention taking on the additional mission of identifying WTC remains.
